Your Rights to Content You Submit
You must have the right to use and share any content you upload or submit. When you upload a video or submit a link to content (including videos or other media), you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and share it for the purposes of the Service. Our processing does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, and you will not hold us responsible for claims arising from content you submit.
Prohibited Content
You must not upload or submit illegal, harmful, or NSFW content. Prohibited content includes: sexually explicit material, exploitation of minors, violence, harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, privacy violations, or any violation of applicable law. We may remove or refuse to process content we believe violates our rules or policies. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
How We Handle Your Video and Links
We do not store your full video. When you upload or provide a link to video content, we process the video (and, where applicable, audio) only to identify the content and generate a result for you. We do not retain the full video file.
We may retain a single frame or thumbnail derived from your video, only to display results or improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. Links you submit are processed to identify content; we do not store underlying video or media from third-party links beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
By submitting a video or link, you consent to this processing and limited retention as described here and in our Privacy Policy.
Account and Usage
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when you register. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or our policies.
Usage Limits and Credits
Use of the Service may be subject to limits or credits, depending on your plan. The current limits and how credits are used are shown in the app. We may change limits or credit rules with reasonable notice; the limits applying to you are those displayed in the Service or at the time of your plan change.
Service “As Is” and Disclaimers
The Service and all results are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available.’ We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability. All warranties, express or implied, are hereby disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, officers, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from the use of the Service or these Terms.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or one hundred dollars (100 USD), if greater).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The ‘Last updated’ date will be indicated at the top. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
